This Diploma program can be completed in as few as 9 months and builds practical skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility repair. Coursework covers electrical systems and facility maintenance alongside small power equipment and appliances, carpentry and finishing, and plumbing, with training in OSHA and LEED standards folded in as well. All instruction takes place in hands-on lab settings that simulate real job conditions, preparing students to work across residential, commercial, or industrial maintenance settings. Graduates leave prepared for roles such as facility maintenance technician, building maintenance technician, general maintenance and repair technician, or residential maintenance assistant.
